The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification for the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2026. This exam is for recruiting candidates to Lower Divisional Clerk/Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, and Data Entry Operator posts.

How to Apply
- Generate One-Time Registration (OTR) on the new SSC website if you have not done it already.
- While doing OTR, choose Aadhaar Based Authentication; this is recommended.
- Fill the online application form on the SSC website or the 'my SSC' mobile app.
- Take a live photograph through the application module as instructed. Do not upload an old photo.
- Upload your scanned signature in JPEG/JPG format, 10 to 20 KB size, about 6.0 cm wide and 2.0 cm tall.
- If you are PwBD and want reservation, scribe, or extra time, upload your Disability Certificate (Annexure-I/IA/XI-XII) while filling the form.
- Pay the application fee online, if you are not exempted, by 08-10-2026 (23:00 Hours).
- Before you submit, use the Preview/Print option to check your photo, signature, and all details.
- Submit your online application before 07-10-2026 (23:00 Hours).
- Keep a printout of your submitted form for future reference.

Important Instructions
- Apply online by 07-10-2026 (23:00 Hours); pay the fee by 08-10-2026 (23:00 Hours).
- Fee paid, and correction charges paid, are not refunded or adjusted for any other exam.
- Your application can be rejected if your photo has a cap, mask, or glasses, or your signature is blurred or too small, unless you use Aadhaar Based Authentication.
