11. Print your completed online application
12. Attach signed photocopies of your relevant certificates to the printed application
13. Post the sealed envelope by Registered or Speed Post to: Office of the Registrar, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kalyanpur, Kanpur-208024 (UP)
14. Write on the envelope: 'Application for the post of <Name and Discipline of the post>', with the advertisement number, post, and department name
15. Make sure your hard copy reaches the Registrar's office within 05 days of the online form closing, that is, by 05 November 2026

• Caste or Income Certificate on the prescribed U.P. Government format, issued on or after 01 March 2026, for OBC non-creamy layer candidates
• EWS Certificate on the prescribed U.P. Government format, issued on or after 01 March 2026, for EWS candidates
• No Objection Certificate, if you are already employed
• Signed photocopies of your certificates and documents for the hard copy you post
• Photographs, as required in the application form
