- You must have passed as a regular candidate during 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- You cannot apply if you passed the qualifying examination earlier than 2021.
- You cannot apply while pursuing higher studies.
- You cannot apply if you have completed or are undergoing apprenticeship training.

Graduate Apprentices: B.E./B.Tech. in the concerned discipline from any recognized University; Technician Apprentices: Diploma in the respective discipline from a recognized State Board; Commercial Practice Apprentices: Diploma in Commercial Practice from a recognized Board.
Only candidates who passed out during 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 as regular candidates are eligible. Candidates who passed the qualifying examination earlier than 2021, are pursuing higher studies, or have already undergone or are undergoing apprenticeship training are not eligible.
