  4. Pay the application fee online (Rs. 850, or Rs. 175 if you are SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/DESM).
  5. Use the Edit Window after registration closes if you need to correct your form. This window is open for 2 days and the exact dates will be shown on the IBPS website.
  6. Download your call letter when it is released, and appear for the Preliminary exam.
You cannot change your category or other eligibility details after the Edit Window closes.

  • Caste/Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) in prescribed format, issued by a competent authority
  • EWS Income & Asset Certificate (valid for year 2026-2027 / FY 2025-26)
  • Disability Certificate for PwBD candidates (Form I/II/III as prescribed)
  • Ex-Servicemen certificates (Proforma A/B/C/D as applicable)
  • Valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate (Graduation)
  • Computer Literacy Certificate/Diploma/Degree, or proof you studied Computer/IT as a subject
  • Photo-identity proof (original, matching the name on your call letter and application form)
  • Valid Call Letter for the Online Preliminary and Online Main Examination
  • 10th standard or above mark sheet/certificate, if you want exemption from the Local Language Proficiency Test
  • Scribe-related certificate (Appendix I) and undertaking (Appendix II), if you use a scribe
