The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board, Bhopal has released the Group-3 Combined Recruitment Examination 2026 (Second). It covers posts like Sub-Engineer, Cartographer, Laboratory Technician and other equivalent posts across many MP government departments.

Stipend and Pay

During your probation period, you get a stipend based on the minimum pay of your post. You get 70% of the minimum pay in year one, 80% in year two, and 90% in year three. Full pay in your pay scale starts after you complete probation successfully.

Pay scales vary by post, for example Level 5 to Level 8 pay matrices such as 22100-70000, 25300-80500, 28700-91300, and 32800-103600, as listed against each post code.

How to Apply

  1. Fill the application form only in online mode. No offline application is accepted.
  2. Apply between 29 August 2026 and 12 September 2026.
  3. You may apply for more than one post. Mark your priority for department, office and post.
  4. Pay the exam fee for your category: Rs 500 per paper for unreserved candidates, Rs 250 per paper for MP-domicile SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Divyangjan candidates, and no fee for SC/ST backlog posts.
  5. If you apply through a Kiosk, pay an extra MP Online portal fee of Rs 60. If you apply through Registered Citizen login, pay a portal fee of Rs 20.
  6. You can correct your submitted application between 29 August 2026 and 17 September 2026.
  7. Download your admit card from the Mandal's website before the exam.
  8. Carry your downloaded admit card, a black ball-point pen, and an original photo ID to the exam centre on exam day.

  • Aadhaar registration, Aadhaar card, e-Aadhaar, Aadhaar photocopy, or Aadhaar number/VID.
  • One original photo ID proof: Voter ID card, PAN card, Aadhaar card, Driving License, or Passport.

  • Disability certificate verified by a Medical Board, if you are a Divyangjan candidate.
  • Original service/discharge certificate from your ministry/office, if you are an Ex-serviceman claiming age relaxation.
  • Proof of live registration with the MP State Employment Office.
  • Bank account details (Form-1) if you claim travel allowance as an eligible reserved category candidate.

Exam Day Rules

  • Aadhaar registration is mandatory for every candidate.
  • You must bring an original photo ID. Without it, you cannot sit for the exam.
  • Multi-level biometric verification is mandatory at entry and during the exam. Keep your Aadhaar unlocked for verification.
  • Mobile phones, calculators, log tables, digital watches, sunglasses, and any unfair means material are banned inside the exam hall.
  • You cannot leave the exam room from start to end of the exam.
  • If you arrive after the reporting time, you will not be allowed into the exam centre.
