The Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (ESB), Bhopal has released a notice for Group-3 Combined Recruitment Exam 2026 (Second). This exam covers posts of Sub Engineer, Draftsman, Laboratory Technician and other equivalent posts. The total number of vacancies is 1700.

  4. Pay the exam fee online. Also pay the MP Online portal fee of Rs. 60 for Kiosk users, or Rs. 20 for Registered Citizen users.
  5. Submit your form between 29 August 2026 and 12 September 2026. Make corrections, if needed, between 29 August 2026 and 17 September 2026.
  6. If you belong to the Baiga, Sahariya or Bharia tribal community and are applying for a non-executive post, send a hard copy of your application (Format-2) with certificates directly to the concerned department, not to ESB.

  • Aadhaar card, e-Aadhaar card, Aadhaar photocopy, Aadhaar number, or Aadhaar VID.
  • Original photo ID proof: Voter ID card, PAN card, Aadhaar card, Driving Licence, or Passport.
  • Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) from a competent authority, if you claim reservation.
  • EWS certificate from a competent authority, if you claim this category.
  • Live registration certificate from the Madhya Pradesh State Employment Office.
  • Contract service certificate showing at least 5 years continuous service, for contract employees claiming reservation benefit.
  • Bank account details (Format-1) for travel allowance reimbursement.
  • Ex-servicemen certificate, if you claim age relaxation on this basis.
  • Any other document the concerned department asks for.

Exam Day Rules You Must Follow

  • Aadhaar-based biometric verification is compulsory at entry and during the exam. Keep your Aadhaar unlocked.
  • Carry an original photo ID (Voter ID, PAN, Aadhaar, Driving Licence, or Passport). Without it you cannot enter.
  • Mobile phones, calculators, log tables, digital watches, sunglasses, and chits are not allowed inside the exam hall.
  • Carry a black ball-point pen and your downloaded admit card.
  • Entry stops after the reporting time. You cannot leave the exam room before the exam ends.
  • Once you enter your date of birth in the form, it cannot be changed later. Incomplete forms or forms without fee will be rejected.
