Eligibility

The age limit was 21 to 35 years.
- SC, ST and PH candidates received 5 years of age relaxation.

Primary Teacher
You needed Senior Secondary or equivalent with the prescribed marks and one approved teacher education qualification.
- A 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- A 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education.
- A 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
Elementary Teacher
You needed a degree or Senior Secondary qualification with the prescribed marks and an approved teacher education qualification.
- B.A. or B.Sc. with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- B.A. or B.Sc. with a 2-year Bachelor in Education.
- Senior Secondary with a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education.
- Senior Secondary with a 4-year B.A./B.Sc. Ed or B.A. Ed/B.Sc. Ed programme.
Age Limit
You must be between 21 and 35 years old.

Educational Qualification
