- After OTR, fill the online application form for this exam.
- For your photo, stand or sit before the camera when the application asks. It will not accept an old saved photo. Use good light, a plain background, camera at eye level, full face in frame, and no cap, mask or glasses.
- Upload your signature as a scanned JPEG/JPG file, 10 to 20 KB, about 6.0 cm wide and 2.0 cm high.
- If you are a PwBD/PwD candidate and want reservation, a scribe, or extra time, upload your Certificate of Disability while filling the form.
- Before you submit, use Preview/Print to check your details, photo and signature are correct.
- Pay the application fee online, unless you are exempted.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) posts carry Pay Level-2, Rs 19,900 to 63,200.
Data Entry Operator (DEO) posts carry Pay Level-4 (Rs 25,500 to 81,100) or Pay Level-5 (Rs 29,200 to 92,300).
Data Entry Operator, Grade 'A' posts carry Pay Level-4, Rs 25,500 to 81,100.
Important Instructions to Remember
- Apply by 07.10.2026 (23:00 Hours). Fee payment is allowed till 08.10.2026 (23:00 Hours).
- Photos that break the rules, like an old saved photo or a photo with cap/mask/glasses, can get your form rejected, unless you used Aadhaar Based Authentication.
