Salary / Pay Level
Pay depends on the post you apply for. It falls into one of these four pay levels.
- Level-02: Rs 19,900 to Rs 63,200
- Level-03: Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100
- Level-04: Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100
- Level-05: Rs 29,200 to Rs 92,300
How to Apply
- Register and fill your personal details using your Aadhaar number. One Aadhaar can be used only once. Use your own mobile number and e-mail ID.
- Fill in your educational and other details.
- Upload a scanned colour photograph (150x200 px), signature (150x100 px), and left thumb impression (150x100 px) in JPG/JPEG format.
- Pay the application fee online through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI only.
- Print the submitted application form.
- Click 'Submit' before the last date and time to complete your online application.
- Note down your registration number. Keep your e-mail ID and password safe for future login.
- Keep a printout of the application form and your documents for future reference. Do not send them to the Commission now.
Documents Required
- High School certificate, for name and date of birth proof.
- Aadhaar card (photocopy of both sides).
- Category/sub-category certificate, if you claim reservation.
- Experience certificate, for posts where experience is required.
- EWS income and asset certificate, if you apply under EWS category.
- OBC certificate, if you apply under OBC category.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer, if you already work in a Government or Public Sector job.
- Domicile/permanent residence certificate of Uttarakhand, if needed for your eligibility.
- Employment exchange registration certificate, if applicable.
- Scribe-related certificates (Appendix 3(a)/3(b)), for differently-abled candidates who need a scribe.
Important Instructions
- Do not submit more than one application for the same post. All such applications will be rejected.
- Admit cards will not be sent by post. Download them from the Commission's website.
- Only one correction window is given, after the last date. You cannot change your name, parents' name, date of birth, or exam centre.
- OMR answer sheets have three copies. Submit the original and second copy to the invigilator at the end of the exam. If you don't, your result will become zero.
- No electronic devices are allowed inside the exam centre. This includes mobile phones, cameras, calculators, pagers, and scanner pens.
- Mark your reservation category and sub-category claim in the online form itself. If you don't claim it there, you will not get the benefit later.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualifying Marks
- UR/EWS/OBC candidates need 45% marks to qualify.
- SC/ST candidates need 35% marks to qualify.
There is negative marking. You lose one-fourth (1/4) of the marks for each wrong answer. Marking more than one answer also gets the same penalty. An unanswered question has no penalty. Using whitener or cutting on the answer sheet also gets a penalty.
