- Certificate for age relaxation, if you are Ex-Servicemen, a Commissioned Officer, or a Central/UT Government employee
- Declaration by Government servants confirming they have informed their Head of Office/Department about applying
- Certificates for Professional Registration, Language, Publications, NET, GATE, Conference, or Internship, if you claim them
- Any other document supporting a claim you make
- One Photo ID Card (Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, or other Government-issued photo ID) for your URN profile
- Valid Domicile Certificate issued by a Tehsildar, only for the UT of Ladakh post
- Reservation claim certificates in the prescribed formats as per Annexure-I to X, only for the UT of Ladakh post
